In addition to handling several multi-million dollar deals, his experience comes from owning several businesses himself and serving in an executive management capacity of several organizations, including two publicly traded Companies, serving as Chief Operating Officer. He is a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser and a Senior Business Analyst with the Society of Business Analyst.

Steve Duke Business Broker Steve Duke has a diverse background with over 30 years of leadership experience in nearly all aspects of business, from engineering, product and business development, program management to general management. His experience spans Fortune 500 corporations as well as entrepreneurial endeavors, including small business ownership. Although Steve’s time in the corporate world was successful and rewarding, his time as an entrepreneur was where he developed a keen sense for its challenges and opportunities. Howard Kaplan Business Advisor Howard Kaplan spent 15 years in strategic development and roll out plans for several franchise brands. Jon began his career in cost accounting at Teledyne and eventually moved into management accounting at a utility in Charleston, SC. After deciding to pursue sales as a career, Jon worked in medical sales, business development for product and brand identity and eventually staffing.
